Data we use

• Email and account ID are used for sign-in and account operation. Session cookies are stored on your device.
• Display name, playing level, selected city, district, clubs, playing side and availability help players find each other. This profile and active game information may be publicly visible to other visitors.
• Messages and invitations are visible to conversation members. Reports, a copy of reported content and submitted details are available to moderators. The system stores blocking and terms acceptance records.
• Basic usage events (availability, team creation, joining) are stored in the service database. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs to operate and secure the service.

The Android app does not request GPS, contacts, camera, microphone or file access. It has no advertising IDs, ad SDKs or payments. Map points approximate your selected city, district or club; GPS coordinates are not collected. OpenStreetMap receives tile requests, including IP address and the map area.

Purpose, recipients and security

Account and game data operate the service; safety and moderation records protect the community and support legal obligations. Data is held in the configured Supabase infrastructure and website hosting service. Data is sent over HTTPS; chats are not end-to-end encrypted. Data is not sold for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Active account data is kept until account deletion. Deletion removes the profile, email account, preferences, availability, authored messages, direct conversations, associated reports, blocks and usage events. Teams with other members remain with a replacement host; names in system events are anonymized.

Backups and technical logs expire under the providers’ retention cycle: 10 days. Separately preserved evidence required by law may be retained as necessary for legal obligations.
