PadelNow community rules

PadelNow helps you find padel players and form teams. Filling a team does not book a court. Arrange the venue and payment separately with the club.

Treat people respectfully

Threats, harassment, hate speech, fraud, spam, impersonation, publishing another person’s personal data and illegal content are prohibited. Do not post sexual, violent or child-exploitative content. Never share sign-in codes or payment details in chats.

Child safety standards

PadelNow prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of children and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Report suspected incidents in the app using Child safety. Do not email illegal material or distribute it to others. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

The service operator reviews reports, removes prohibited content, suspends accounts when appropriate and reports identified illegal material to competent authorities as required by applicable law.

Reporting and blocking

Use Report / block beside a player, team or message. Blocking stops direct chats and invitations in both directions. Messages from blocked players in shared teams are hidden; leave the team if needed. Manage your blocked list in Safety. A report does not automatically determine a violation; a moderator reviews it.

Use your account honestly. You are responsible for what you post. The operator may restrict access for rule violations. Contact support to request review of a decision.
